Days 8-10 : Vinales Valley, Cuba

Cuba, as you know is most famous for its cigars, but what you may not know is that the tobacco leaves are grown in one of the most beautiful regions on the island, Pinar del Rio.  Viñales (a 3 or so hour drive from Havana) is a small town in the valley surrounded by a low green mountain range. The whole area is dedicated to agriculture and the main crop is some of the world’s best and most sought after cigar tobacco.
